Several junmai (Polishing Rate is from 40 to 70%) are used.
This sake has a unique cocoa/azuki bean nose. Warm, gentle, and well balanced.
The base Junmai is made form table rice which the brewery grow themselves.
It has been aged for a year before blending for complexity and fullness.
This sake can be served cool, room temperature, warmed, and on the rocks.
Mild taste and balanced acidity are fit for any kinds of food.
